In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Smart Queue is a brand name of the company Centramation Systems Pvt Ltd which has authorised legal entities to use its brand name through a legal binding contract. The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/"Company" individually and collectively refer to Centramation Systems Pvt Ltd and the terms "You" /"Your" / "Yourself" refer to the users.

Rescheduling of orders

For all online paid /unpaid orders to Us, amending the current order will not be entertained normally or on any special cases.

For all offline paid /unpaid orders to Us, amending the current order will be entertained only if such request is notified to the manager or the supervisor present at the outlet within 60 seconds of placing the order and provided the order preparation has not yet been commenced. If the order preparation has commenced, then the order rescheduling is not possible under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy  🚫

Cancellation by the Customer

For Orders, where services were not availed at the mutually agreed appointed time despite invoices being generated against such online ordering through website or application, order cancellation or claiming a refund, in full or partial, is not allowed.

For Orders, placed online through the website by the customer and accepted by Us, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

For Orders, placed online through the website by the customer but not yet accepted by Us can be cancelled within 60 seconds of placing the order.

Refund, in full or partial against such orders, will be done to the original method of payment as per the terms and conditions governed by our refund policy mentioned below.

Cancellation by Us

Occasionally, Orders or takeaways or Dine-ins' are cancelled or postponed by Our agent. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per our policy to your original payment method. You may create a new order as per your convenience or visit our website or mobile application.

Incase of non-availability of ordered product by You and is placed at mapped restaurant, Our agent shall inform you for either cancellation or amendments for the respective order only.

Initiating Refund On Orders

Upon receipt of a valid cancelation of the order / takeaway / Dine-in as stated above, we will refund the money the way the payment was received.

Typically refunds are processed in 5-7 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the account holder's bank account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank or the third party payment gateway.

 

You will be provided with a refund reference number for further communication with your bank as soon as the refund is processed which takes around 5-7 working days.

No refunds / cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against bills / Services received.

Under no circumstances, cash will be refunded against any cancellation if the original payment method is other than cash.

If you are unable to make your online order then you should cancel the appointment/order by using the link integrated in the email confirmation mail.

Delivery Timeline

Our typical delivery times are within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders placed at any of Our outlet, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as festivals and traffic or any unforeseen circumstances.
